These terms govern the use of agriculture-data.com, a website published by NuaSense Limited, Nairobi, Kenya. By using the site you accept them. Access to the NuaSense data platform itself, including API keys, pricing and data licences, is governed by the platform terms shown when an account is created at platform.nuasense.com, not by this page.

What the site provides
The site documents the datasets served by the NuaSense platform: what each dataset contains, how often it updates, which fields and filters it carries, and how it is called. The figures and charts are rows read from the platform on the date printed beside them, published for illustration. They are not a live feed, not the data of record, and not advice. The data of record is what the platform serves to an API key.
Use of the content
You may read the site, link to any page, and quote short passages with attribution to agriculture-data.com. Dataset names, field names and the query grammar shown in code samples may be used freely to build against the platform. You may not copy the text, charts, diagrams or page structure wholesale, republish them, or use them to train or prompt a system to reproduce the site or the platform, without written permission from NuaSense Limited.
Automated access to this site is limited to what robots.txt allows. The datasets themselves are not served from this site; they are reached through the platform under its own terms and rate limits.
Data licence
The datasets documented on this site are compiled and served by NuaSense Limited and are not published by it under an open licence. Where a dataset builds on openly licensed third-party data, its page names the source as that licence requires, and where a licence is named, its terms govern that source, not this page. They are served through the platform to an API key under the platform terms accepted when an account is created at platform.nuasense.com; those terms, and not this page, set out what a licensee may do with the rows. Nothing on this site grants a right to redistribute the data, and the figures and charts printed here are illustrations under the section above, not a licence to the data behind them.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. NuaSense Limited takes care that the content is accurate, but gives no warranty that it is complete, correct, current or fit for a particular purpose. Market prices, satellite indices, import records and every other figure are read from third-party and sensor sources as they were reported and may be revised at source. Anyone who acts on the content does so at their own risk.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, NuaSense Limited is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this site or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.

The site links to platform.nuasense.com, nuasense.com and to the source documents behind some datasets. NuaSense Limited does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their terms.
Privacy
How the site handles personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes
NuaSense Limited may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
